Starting from Denver International Airport you will fly north and then turn west and follow the Colorado River. The river passes through Utah and then into Arizona. You'll fly over the Grand Canyon and then into Nevada where you'll criss cross the lakes. Keep your eyes open for a view of the Hoover Dam. Follow the river down as far as Lake Havasu then head back up north to Las Vegas and arrive in time for the nightly firework display.

Visit Lisbon 2008, the main airport of Portugal’s capital. Michael Kopatz recreated the airport up to the smallest detail for Aerosoft including all buildings and installations, docking systems and all the features you expected from a modern scenery development in FS2004. Customers of Lisbon 2008 will get the FSX version without charge in a few weeks.
The airport ground texture is based on a high detailed areal image. All buildings, lighting systems, navigation beacons and of course the layout of taxiways and runways have been recreated to perfection. Static aircraft can be de-activated to make room for the AI traffic. Runway 03/21 in Lisbon has two special Rapid Exit Taxiways, RET‘s. These taxiways (HN and HS) allow the aircraft to leave the runway at high speed and are a nice new feature on this airport.

Just Flight is pleased to announce the planned release of the first in a new series of British airfield sceneries for Flight Simulator X. Real Scenery – Denham Airfield re-creates the well-known airfield situated to the north-west of London.
Fresh from their success with the VFR Real Scenery series, the scenery development team at Just Flight has put together an accurately modelled version of Denham for Flight Simulator X. Designed to the highest standards using high resolution aerial images and on-site research, the scenery includes all the major buildings that make Denham instantly recognisable.
Among the many unique features of this scenery is snow on the ground during December and January – a first for FSX add-on airports! As well as the authentically-modelled buildings, custom night textures and high resolution mesh, Denham boasts static and AI aircraft, people and objects - there are even animated tractors in the nearby fields and flocks of birds. Denham is designed to blend seamlessly with the default FSX landscape or Just Flight’s VFR Real Scenery.
Available to download exclusively from Just Flight, and at just £6.99 / €10.95 / $13.99, Real Scenery – Denham Airfield is fantastic value and a must-have for flight simulation around the Capital.

Carenado Mooney 201 M20J for FSX
Carenado has announced the release of the awaited Mooney 201 M20J for FSX.
This aircraft was developed using most of the new features FSX allows as external shadows on VC, dynamic shadows, normal mapping, specular mapping and bloom lights.
This aircraft joins the Carenado fleet as probably the best aircraft created by the company in terms of the 3D model textures and effects on textures. Of course it has all the standard features from Carenado like full interactive VC, friendly frame rate, much attention on details (as always)…and of course many eyescandies.

FTX released for FSX
Want the Full Terrain EXperience?
The scope and depth of FTX is amazing!
A NEW LEVEL OF REALITY
FTX introduces a radical new modular design with a level of visual fidelity unprecedented in Microsoft Flight Simulator since its introduction over twenty years ago. For the first time ever it is a pleasure to fly low and slow and take in the depth of features that our ground terrain textures provide.
FTX Features:
- Super-crisp, superbly detailed 1m per pixel textures unique to each region
- Custom Landclass for every FTX Region Pack and 3D night lighting systems!
- Improved and highly accurate coastlines (AU Regions)
- Brand new autogen textures for trees, houses, buildings, roads and more
- A set of freeware photoreal GA airports with every FTX Region Pack
Unlike FS2004, with FTX it's a case of the lower you fly, the more detail you will see! It's completely the reverse of what you have previously experienced, and it is only when you see FTX in motion on your PC that you will believe how truly immersive flying can now be.
