event/competition rules
1.
Participants
are only eligible to receive a premium gift (prize) once in any 3 month period.
To be eligible to receive your next gift you must have completed at least one
other event in the preceding 2 months to the event in question.
2.
By
participating in SIMnewz.com event, you agree to release and hold SIMnewz.com
harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any
kind in connection with the event or resulting from acceptance, possession or
use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and
property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion
of privacy.
3.
By
participating in any SIMnewz.com event or promotion, all entrants agree to
these official rules and understand that the promotion's results are final in
all respects. SIMnewz.com and its sub-contractors are not responsible for lost,
delayed, misdirected, unintelligible or incomplete electronic mail, telephone,
electronic hardware and software program, network, internet and computer
malfunctions, failures and difficulties, errors in transmission and / or any
condition caused by events beyond the control of SIMnewz.com which may cause
an SIMnewz.com event to be disrupted or corrupted.
4.
SIMnewz.com
will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any
person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.
5.
Only
one entry per person is permitted. (Unless otherwise specified in the event
description)
6.
The
opening and closing date/s are as specified in the relevant competition.
7.
The
prize may not be transferred to any other person.
8.
Competition
winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
9.
Competition
winners / Gift recipients may be required to provide a name and delivery
address for the receipt of any gift (prize).
10. Any prizes will be
dependent upon the supplier’s normal delivery limitations.
11. Competition winners
agree to keep confidential any knowledge about SIMnewz.com and its business and
personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
12. No responsibility
is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
13. Use of false name
or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, may
disqualify them from receiving any prize.
14. We will keep your
personal details for a reasonable time so that we can send you any prize that
you have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for
accounting purposes. We may pass your details on to our service providers and
agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf.
15. SIMnewz.com may at
any time issue specific rules to be read in conjunction with these rules.
16. The Judges and
SIMnewz.com decisions will be as fair as possible to all entrants, but are
final and binding.
